Personally, I think the mod's staggering trap effect is much cooler than vanilla's all-at-once thing.īrand new with v4.6.6 is the ability to tell ASGM about any non-Vanilla soul gem items that were added by a mod by simply placing a json file in a certain folder. Here's a video showing the difference between how Soul Trapping looks in Vanilla, old versions of ASG, and, finally, ASGM and ASG 3.0: Patches, so that's no longer a difference.) (ASG 3.0 and later can also handle multiple Soul Traps at the same time, and no longer needs compatibility (Even if I do hate the fact that the acronym makes it sound like a sleep mod.)
I don't really consider this a big deal, since most of you should have USLEEPĪnyway, and if you don't, I recommend getting it. If SKSE is not installed, all messages will only be in English.ĪSG requires USLEEP to work now, while ASGM is dependency free. Supported languages are Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian, and Spanish. "Almost the same mod? What's the difference?", you say?ĪSGM has localization, which means that the mod is in your language, not just English. Just like with that one, this mod makes it so you never trap anything less than the maximum size soul a Soul Gem can handle.
